Countries
Where we guide students
A short summary of each country. Each one has a full guide with universities, costs, scholarships and deadlines.
Study in the USA
Four year degrees with wide subject choice.
Most students apply in grade 12. Many universities review the whole student, including school marks, SAT scores where needed, essays, activities and recommendations. We help with the Common App, essays, the university list and the visa.
Study in the UK
Focused three year degrees, applied through UCAS.
Students apply through UCAS with one personal statement for up to five courses. Most bachelor’s degrees take three years. We help pick the right courses, write the personal statement and prepare the visa documents.
Study in Canada
Strong public universities and options to work after study.
Students apply to each university directly or through a provincial system. School marks usually play a central role, and the importance of activities varies by university and programme. We help with the shortlist, applications and the study permit.
Study in Singapore
Top ranked universities close to home.
Leading universities with competitive entry, often with tests or interviews. We help with the shortlist, applications and interview practice.
Study in Australia
Practical degrees and options to work after study.
Many universities admit students on school marks and English scores. We help with university choice, applications and the student visa.
Study in Germany and Europe
Low cost public universities and many programmes taught in English.
Most public universities in Germany charge little or no tuition fee. Students pay a semester contribution of about 100 to 350 euros, and the state of Baden Württemberg charges students from outside the EU 1,500 euros per semester. Students also need to show funds for living costs for the visa. We help find English taught programmes, check entry rules, and plan applications and the visa.
Our students have been admitted to Cornell, Columbia, Chicago, Duke, Carnegie Mellon, UC Berkeley, Michigan, NYU, Toronto, UBC, NUS and Bocconi.

When should we start the admissions process?
Ideally in grade 9 or 10, so there is time to build a real profile and finish the SAT by grade 11. Students who start later can still apply well with a focused plan.
How do I choose the right universities for my profile?
Look at your school marks, the subject you want to study, your career goals, your budget, how hard each university is to get into, and the kind of campus you want. A balanced shortlist gives you good options at different levels of selectivity.
Do universities consider extracurricular activities?
Many US universities look at activities, leadership, community service and personal achievements as part of a full review of the student. In Canada, how much they matter depends on the university and programme, and school marks often play the central role.
How much does it cost to study in the USA or Canada?
It varies a lot by university, programme, city and lifestyle. Your budget should include tuition, housing, insurance, travel and personal costs. We suggest looking at the total cost of attendance, not tuition alone.
Do you write the essays for students?
No. Universities want the student’s own voice. We help students find their story, give detailed feedback and check every draft, but the words are theirs.
Can you guarantee admission or a scholarship?
No. No honest counsellor can promise that. Every university makes its own decision. We promise careful planning, honest advice and strong, well prepared applications.
